Description: After watching the #StopTheRobbery video, people are directed to visit 23percentrobbery.com, where UN Women has collaborated with Twitter to encourage users to tweet messages in support of gender equalityfrom the site.The user’s followers will be “robbed” of 23 % of the tweet i.e. 23% of the characters will be blacked out, in recognition of the global gender pay gap. There will also be other social media extensions to create more buzz such as Facebook and Snapchat.
