Identical and formulaic, supermarket’s Product-and-Price commercials (PnP) are easily ignored by audience. To stand out from competitors, Grey Hong Kong turn Wellcome's PnPs into an experience audience wouldn’t want to miss a chance to get famous.We held "The Shopper’s Voice", a month-long contest recruiting real shoppers as Voice-over talents for our PnPs. From TV to online, the event reinforced Wellcome’s "Low-Price" image extensively.A truck was transformed into a mobile recording studio, touring different residential areas around Hong Kong. Through closer engagement with customers, Wellcome deepened its image as a "Friendly Neighbourhood Store"
