ECPA car clamp

The Enforcer's Car Protection Agency (ECPA) was by SapientNitro Brisbane created to send the message that Supercheap Auto is serious about people treating their cars right. To help get that message out, we had people dressed in ECPA uniforms hit the streets and put Car Clamps and issue Infringement Notices on cars that were dirty, dented or just plain mistreated.
