Public service employees in Holland face aggression and violence on the streets often.Onlookers unfortunately do not intervene enough when they encounter a situation like this. We use live interactive billboards to place people in a similar situation which confronts them with their inactivity. Shots being filmed of passers-by are shown simultaneously as life-sized images on a billboard. A second layer of previously recorded blue screen film has been edited into the live images on the screen. We see an ambulance being attacked in this second layer.The onlookers, who unknowingly play a supporting role in this film, do not do anything.
