Credits & Description:

Pot Noodle has linked up with the Sun to launch a fake TV news report about a boy who begins to resemble a sheep after eating too much of its lamb hotpot flavour.

The 100-second online clip was shot in the style of a 1980s news report by a TV station called Northern Eye and has been treated to give it the look of old VHS footage.

Presented by roving reporter Bruce Harding, the report tells the story of teenager Gary Booth and his over-indulgence in Pot Noodle.

It includes interviews with his Royle family-esque family, his girlfriend and even a local farmer who would like to "keep him for breeding purposes mainly".

The campaign, created by ad agency AKQA, will be launched on the Sun's website.
